These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your access to alt‑form.com.au and any related services, content, tools or storefronts (the Site). In these Terms, Alt‑Form, we, our or us means ALT PRODUCTS AU PTY LTD (ABN 64 686 308 663) of [address].

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

PART I — TERMS OF USE
1. Eligibility & acceptance
● You must be 18+ and capable of entering a binding agreement to use the Site.
● Your continued use of the Site after we post updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2. Licence to use the Site
We grant you a revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the Site for its intended purposes. You may print one copy of any page for personal, non‑commercial use.

3. Your content & prohibited conduct
● You must not add or transmit content that:you do not have rights/consents to provide;
● breaches any law or third‑party rights (including IP or privacy);
● is defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, pornographic, obscene or otherwise inappropriate; or
● could damage, disable or overburden the Site or bring Alt‑Form into disrepute.
We may edit, remove, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. The Site may be unavailable from time to time (e.g., maintenance).

4. Intellectual property
Except for your content, we (or our licensors) own all intellectual property in the Site and its content. By posting or submitting content, you give us a worldwide, royalty‑free, transferable licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Site. You consent to acts that may otherwise infringe your moral rights to the extent permitted by law.

5. Third‑party links & services
The Site may include links to third‑party websites, platforms or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third‑party content or services. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

6. Product information, health & regulatory notices (if applicable)
● Information on the Site is general in nature and not medical advice. Always seek guidance from a registered health professional.
● Where supply of certain goods requires prescriptions or professional approval, we will only supply in accordance with applicable laws and workflows.

7. Warranties, disclaimers & viruses
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations and guarantees not expressly set out in these Terms, and do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free or secure.8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill). Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our liability is limited to the remedies set out in section 19 below.

9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or we consider it necessary to protect the Site or other users. Sections intended to survive termination (e.g., IP, limitations, indemnities) survive.

10. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.

PART II — TERMS OF SALE (Business & Wholesale)
11. Definitions
ACL means Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Business Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Melbourne, Victoria.
Customer means a business customer approved to purchase goods from us (e.g., pharmacy, clinic or distributor) in Australia.
Delivery Address means the address you provide to receive goods.
Goods means any goods offered for sale by us (including items available through the Site or ordering portals).
GST has the meaning in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
Order means an order for Goods submitted by you and accepted by us.

12. Registration & verification
● You must complete our registration and approval process to place Orders. You warrant that information you provide is accurate and up‑to‑date.
● We may request supporting information (e.g., business identifiers, professional registrations) and may approve, suspend or cancel accounts at our discretion.

13. Orders & acceptance
● Submitting an Order is an offer to purchase Goods at the price shown (plus applicable delivery charges and taxes).
● We may accept or reject any Order for any reason (including unavailability, pricing/description errors or regulatory constraints). Acceptance occurs when we issue an Order confirmation or commence fulfilment.

14. Pricing, GST & payment
● Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time by publishing changes on the Site.
● You agree to pay the price of Goods, delivery fees and any other charges disclosed at checkout or agreed in writing.
● We may use third‑party payment processors. If payment fails, we may cancel the Order or suspend your account.

15. Delivery, risk & title
● We deliver to Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
● Risk in Goods passes on delivery to the Delivery Address. Title passes when we receive full payment.

16. Product information & compliance
● You are responsible for using and on‑supplying Goods lawfully and in accordance with any applicable professional, regulatory and advertising requirements (including TGA/ACCC guidance where relevant).
● You must notify us promptly of any suspected product quality issue, adverse event or recall.

17. Returns, credits & the ACL
● Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.
● If Goods are not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Contact us to arrange assessment.
● Change‑of‑mind returns are not available for certain categories (e.g., opened therapeutic or hygiene‑sensitive products) unless required by law. Any product‑specific return terms will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

18. Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms are excluded. Third‑party manufacturer warranties (if any) apply in addition to your ACL rights.

19. Liability cap
Where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL, our liability is limited, at our option, to:
● for Goods: repair or replacement; supply of equivalent goods; or payment of the cost of repair/replacement; and
● for services: supply of the services again; or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

20. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, governmental action, strikes, failures of suppliers or carriers).

21. General
You must not assign your rights without our consent. If any term is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed, and the remainder will continue. No waiver is effective unless in writing. These Terms form the entire agreement for the subject matter and supersede prior discussions.
